What you should know about TheCommunityBulletin.com

The Community Bulletin is a product of a unique company, GiveProfit, LLC.  started in December of 2006 by Art Ferrara, GRI, e-PRO, a real estate broker with over 20 years of experience building a leading real estate firm.  Ryan Askew a licensed real estate agent and MultiMedia designer with 10 years experience and a degree of Associate in Science of Multimedia Technology from Springfield Technical Community College joined the GiveProfit Team in 2007.  GiveProfit’s mission is to unite Brokers, Businesses and Charities together for the common good.  40% of all revenue generated by GiveProfit’s network of websites will go towards helping efficiently run charities.  To benefit a charity must receive a 4 star rating, have a written policy stating it will not sell donor information and at least 80% of their funds must go towards their program’s mission.  All charities are evaluated by www.charitynavigator.org, America’s premier, independent charity evaluator.

The Community Bulletin is designed to be a resource for each Community it serves with a goal of becoming the site to visit for information regarding that community.  Each Community Bulletin is networked with other communities at a common domain, www.TheCommunityBulletin.com, and linked to other Broker and Business sponsors via links on their websites.  By doing this, each sponsor will benefit from collective advertising and higher placement on search engines.  Each Community Bulletin is sponsored by a broker that is active in their community.  Each broker agrees to maintain the monthly calendar of events and community contact information on their particular site, two components that keep visitors coming back to the site and make it “uniquely important” to that community.  Each Bulletin is tailored to the Broker’s existing web resources, to optimize functionality and minimize the time needed to become familiar with the website and to maintain it.  In addition Brokers can customize their site with features unique to their needs.

Each Community Bulletin is designed to assist “Local Businesses”.  Each Bulletin has limited sponsorship opportunities so that visitors are not overwhelmed by page advertising and a sponsor’s message stands out.  By limiting the number of sponsorship opportunities, businesses that sponsor a page are better highlighted to consumers and real estate agents in the community.  We limit real estate broker sponsorship to just one broker per community.

Why should you sponsor a Community Bulletin?

HELP COMMUNITY          TheCommunityBulletin.com will become a valuable resource to people that live in the community you serve.  In one convenient site people can find information on community events, schools, town offices, tag sales, FREE ad postings, news, weather, local business, real estate related information and services.

EASE OF USE         Our sites have built in features designed for easy maintenance. Unlike most Broker web site services, TheCommunityBulletin.com customizes your sponsored site to work with your existing company web page.  This feature drastically cuts down on maintenance and training.  An additional benefit is that your existing site and agents will become more effective too!
